Abraham Blackburn

DURANT, Okla. -Southeastern Oklahoma State University is pleased to announce that Abraham Blackburn is the recipient of a Regents’ Tuition Waiver Scholarship for the upcoming Fall 2008 school year.

This is truly commendable, as many students apply each year for this scholarship, based on such factors as ACT score, high school/college GPA, and involvement in activities and organizations.
